I don’t understand. Why would anyone ever have to waive their rights to a fair trial?
I have zero problem with gun ownership. I do have a problem with people who own guns and then decide to abuse their rights of ownership.
Mass killings like the ones that have taken place at this movie theater show a gross disrespect for human life and is itself an unfair situation for law abiding unarmed citizens.
It was an obvious planned event considering he had a gas mask AND threw tear gas into the audience. He also had a bullet-proof vest to protect himself.
This is a situation where the odds of survival were dramatically in his favor.
Any sane person of society can reason this much.
Why waste money on a trial? The evidence tells the story and he deserves a short execution.
