It’s frustrating that a Sim cannot fully appreciate the luxury of not having to lug heavy furniture up stairs or across rooms.

I can agree and find humor with this. Having moved 5 times since 2007, one particular desk, which belongs to my #1 redhead, is the source of much dread with the mere thought of moving. I have thus proposed we buy all the property around us.
