The official greeter in the Falling Water campground men’s restroom. FYI: the tile is one inch square.
Our visit to Tallahassee wasn’t all football and libation as we had the chance to do some sightseeing in the capitol building which is now a museum.
We had a great time visiting the FSU campus this weekend and was pleasantly surprised with the turnout for their spring football game. The tailgaters were out in full force and only wished we could make it for the Hokies spring game this coming weekend.
Parting shot as the weekend comes to a close from dinner on Friday at Schooners in Panama City Beach, FL.
“Crane fly”
Found this specimen yesterday. Due to its large size, I thought it was part of the so-called super-mosquito infestation taking place here in Florida.
It’s outstretched wings while at rest had me doubting it was, so I let it live and instead shot it with my camera.
“St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church”
This church is on a main road in Panama City, but the facade you see here doesn’t face it. This main entrance is actually on a side street and the rear of the church, interestingly, faces the main road.
I’ve driven past it many times on the main road not even knowing this was a church until I took one of the side roads by accident.
